I have a Brother VX 790 and as I've started quilting, I'd like to look at adding a walking foot. The only thing that I can find online is this generic foot, but I'm interested in hearing if anyone else has any suggestions. I've debated looking for a newer machine, but in general this one is sturdy and gets the job done.

Have you searched on ebay? Lots of parts/accessories there. My Bro. sewing/emb. machines came with walking feet. Maybe there's not one specifically for your machine, and you might have to go for the generic. But if it works......!!
