Default Buggy Barn quilt class - what do I need to take?

I've never made a Buggy Barn quilt and my class is two hours away. What all do I need to take to class? Do I need freezer paper? What else?

Best to contact them and ask what is needed and or a list of what to bring. Sounds wonderful. Have fun!

Look at the pattern on their website and see if there is information about class supplies.

Yes, contact Buggy Barn, for list of supplies.

I have friends from Eugene, Oregon area that plan on going...long drive... about 7 hours.

Smart idea. I'll call the quilt store right now. Thanks!

If you know what pattern you are doing, I personally would draw it out on the freezer paper. What ever you do - don't forget the freezer paper - that is what their patterns are drawn out on. It goes on top of the stack of fabric and then you cut out on the drawn lines.

Applique thread! Every class I've taken there's always one person who forgets their thread and has to buy what the store has on hand.

I usually put all sewing notions in a basket the day before so I can look it over twice the next day before I leave the house. Nothing worse that needing that little something and you don't have it.

How did your class go? I am signed up for a Buggy Barn class in July to make the Folk Art Flowers quilt. I can hardly wait--I fell in love with the quilt on display because I love flowers.
