Are you having one of those days where you don't want to finish, no matter HOW little there is to do? I get them occasionally. Waiting until tomorrow usually solves the problem.

but i have other material that I want to play with and I don't even want to take it out of the bag... as soon as i get the rail fence done and sent out to be machined the quicker I will get some nice pay dirt and then I can finish up on all my material that I want to get.. I am getting $300 for just me sewing the top together. She supplied the material for the top and then I have to give her the receipts for the rest of the material for backing and batting and the charge for the machining and binding costs.. I knocked it out real fast and then put it aside and now I can not get back into it... silly me.

How nice it would be to be paid for (at least) a portion of your time. Rail fence goes quickly too! Nice!!!! Good luck and hopefully the feeling of satisfaction, along with the cash, will encourage you to complete your task!
