I've been thinking of renting a space for sewing. There are a lot of empty office spaces in my area. It would be great to not have to pack everything up and tote back and forth with my quilting group. We meet in the library meeting room for free but of course have to go by their opening and closing times. Re arrange the tables, vacuum before we leave to be sure no pins are left for kids to find. If I can find a large room with bathroom I think it's something I will do.

That's exactly what I've done. I'm subletting from a man who happens to have 3 offices and 3 bathrooms. So, I have the large room, with windows, and a bathroom and coffee bar. I have my own entrance door so I can come and go whenever I want. I LOVE it on Saturday mornings! No one is around and it's so peaceful. It's so cute, the men in the office are always coming in to see what I'm working on.
