    Default Anyone with Janome 3160QDC?

Checking out a new sewing machine Janome 3160 QDC . Sewed great when I tried it out at the dealer. In checking online info one review said she had trouble with thread snarls under the bobbin? Anyone have issues with this? The other reviews were very positive .

Thread snarls likely had to do with it not threaded correctly. It is a Janime...so I would love it!

I have this machine. I do have others but I bought this one as a take to my quilting group. I use it two days a week. I have no problems with it. It's a great little machine, powerful enough for my needs.

I have one I take to my sewing Bees, it is great. It fits into my wheeled bag nicely and is light weight. I have not had any problems with it and use it all the time.

I have had one for 2 years. Bought it to take to classes but now I do all my piecing with it. GREAT MACHINE ! Never had any problems. I've never had bobbin thread snarls. I agree it was threaded wrong. My guess they put the bobbin in the wrong way (there are instructions on the bobbin cover). Love the portal sewing table that come with it. With moving he needle you can get a perfect scant 1/4 inch seam. You won't be disappointed.

I've had mine for about 5 years. It started as my primary machine, but as my obsession with quilting grew, I upgraded. I kept my 3160 and I'm really happy I did. It's great to take to classes and as a second machine when my daughter comes. I really like this machine.
