I would like to contemplate making it...l saw it somewhere in blog land and don't remember where.

anyone recognize this?

I'm not sure it has a name (someone will correct me if I'm wrong!). Lots and lots of HSTs laid out in a "starburst" pattern.

It is from Edyta Sitar's book of Friendship Triangles and is named Medallion Quilt. You can get the book on Amazon for a lot cheaper than getting from her website laundrybasketquilts.com.

I have the book and really like it. It's filled with different ways to use half square triangles.

Unless you want other patterns in the book, I wouldn't buy it when the pattern looks like it is really all HST's and then setting triangles.
