Summer seems to be a very busy time for all of us. For me, I am sewing at the shop for customers and teaching. The UPS truck keeps bringing more fabric, and that means more shop projects. I appologize for not being more available to all of your posts and pictures. It does my heart good to see all the gorgeous work you have to share with us. Keep posting, it is so much fun seeing how you use color and tweek patterns to make them your own!

The chatroom hit or miss type chatting schedule does not seem to be working. Many come in looking for a chat only to be disappointed. If any of you would be willing to commit to a one or two hour time block, I would be willing to set up a schedule of times someone would be available. The schedule would be posted in a permanant post, just like the BOM. Send me a PM if you are interested. As it is currently, I am only hosting a chat on Sunday from 3-5pm EDT. Let's see if we can offer some live support in the chatroom.

This is the time of year that quilt shops receive their holiday fabrics. The shop i work at is no exception. Make sure you check out what is new for this year and don't wait till Christmas eve, like I do to finish your projects. One year I was binding a quilt for my sister at her mil's house, and left it there for her to wrap! In the morning all she had to open from me was a holiday apron. LOL One of the Halloween fabric lines we got at the shop is all Boo! Unfortunately, half the bolt is gone already. I really need to grab some before it's gone.

Hey, Boo.
I'm sorry, but I'm of no help on the chatroom situation. I've got as much as I can handle with trying to sell fabric online, taking care of the kids, keeping up with the house and everything else!

I grabbed some new Halloween fabric at WM a few days ago. I thought I would make the kids some trick-or-treat bags...or something. It was definately way too cute to pass up!

I hope someone with more time can step in and help out on the chat...

I would love to be a part of this. I will get back to you on this next week as I have the grandkids, and then a wedding to help with this weekend and then I think things will settle down for a while.

I would love to be able to sit and chat for awhile. I didn't even know we were still doing the Sunday Chat. Right now, between moving and starting back to college, and working on purse orders, I can't say that I would be able to stay for a long time online but I could at least join in on the fun. :D
