Sounds like so much fun!

Thank you for sharing your day! It is exciting to see people (particularly children) becoming excited about your passion! I think it is why quilting continues to be so "popular" over the ages.

(also sounds like she is going to be a super quilter, we'll probably be buying her patterns in a few years....... )

I'm sure it was a day she will never forget! How very wonderful of you! And another quilter is wonderful, as well!

I love it when young kids are interested in sewing.

You are so wonderful to spend your day teaching this lovely young lady. She must have loved this as much as you did. Isn't it wonderful to see them learn!! Do post her photos so we can all add our encouragement.

I am having trouble loading the pictures from the camera to the computer. I believe there are too many pictures on the disk, so I need to go to Walgreen's and download to another disc and delete some of them on the scan disk.

I think it sounds like a very awesome day! It is so wonderful when an experienced quilter can help a novice through a project and light a flame within them. I see the makings of a life-long quilter too! I will look forward to the pics.
