    Warning:
You are not to notice that this q-top is not ironed yet.
You are not to notice how ugly the fabric is.
You are not to notice that the fabrics do not play nicely together.:D
    .........
What you -do have- to notice ... (but that you can't see ...) is that it took me only 3 hours to cut & sew this rail fence together!!!
It looks like mini-stairs ... so ...I will call it Baby Steps.
This will definitely become a regular --- in all the colours of the rainbow!! :D

    Cellphone photo - sorry!

Your "NOT TO NOTICE" comments aren't true...it's a lovely quilt and the fabrics work great together. Give yourself a break and a big pat on the back for a job well done!

I see no ugly fabric ... I see no fabrics that don't play well together and if you hadn't pointed it out ... I wouldn't have noticed it was unpressed ... I would have just thought it was the picture What I see is a very pretty, well done, work in progress!

Sorry have to disagree with you, it's not ugly fabric. It's quite cute. I went through a period where I hated small flowers so I do understand personal preference.

You did a very fine job on your rail fence.

Very nice... I made and posted one last week. I called my "Purple Baby Steps" because mommy wanted purple. I cut and pieced mine in a day. The 1st rail fence that I did and I was amazed how fast it worked up. A good patten to use for a quick small quilt.

I like your quilt and the pattern. You are just too hard on yourself...and I know I am not the first to say that. I've never tried a rail fence. I just added it to my list to do!
