Does anybody have either of these machines? If so do you know the throat space for the Janome Gem 760?

I have the Janome 760 and the throat space or harp size is about 5". I measured from the needle to the base of the motor. There's a little more room the higher you go up. I love my 760 for taking to classes and retreats. It's only 12 pounds. It has a good stitch and is a lot of fun to sew on. I hope this helps you.

I have several Babylock machines and I would not own anything else. I have the Quilters machine which has a wide throat and a table that attaches for quilting and sewing. It's perfect to take to classes (which is why I really wanted the machine).
