My Granddaughter, 5, is coming to visit this week and received lots of Barbie dolls, clothes, etc., for her recent birthday. My DD had Barbies about the same age and I made tons of clothes at that time and am not interested in doing anything but maybe a quilt and pillow. I think it would be great if we could make a couple of Barbie quilts while she is here.

Anyone know what size that should be?

I'd love to, but I am in Washington State and they are in Ohio....I would like it to be a surprise! Thanks for the suggestion, tho!

This one is crochet, but you can kind of see the scale compared to the doll: http://www.ioffer.com/i/annie-s-atti...ttern-41150031

This is what I remember about Barbie: http://www.quiltingarts.com/blogs/pi...oll-quilt.aspx

Don't forget to show us what you come up with. It might even be a fun project for your granddaughter to tackle.

I am preping some quilt blocks for her and I to do, but really thought she would enjoy doing this (with supervision!).

    Thanks for the links, Chele!!
