January sounds good to me. Hopefully I will be at a place that I can put aside any current projects (read Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt). I am so anxious to get started on this one. It seems that in the middle of any project I'm working on at the moment-the next one always seems to be more exciting. sigh

There are also free leaf patterns online with paper pieced leaves similar to these.

Look at the quilt in the left back of the cover of this book. this is Chris Hulin's quilt that she won with.

Is the leaf pattern in The Creative Pattern Book Pp? I can't tell. It looks like a great book with a lot in it. Especially for the price. SVAL

I have collected beautiful batik 2 1/2" strips in an exchange in our Guild. Are these paper pieces larger than that?

I bought this pattern several years ago because I loved it so much! I started collecting fabrics for it but that's as far as I got. Now you've got me thinking again!
