What to do with panels
#1
I bought these back in the 90's. Always thought something would come to me and I would know exactly what to do with them.
Well that never happened.
Reading on here about, giving quilts away. This would be a perfect little kids quilt, but I just don't see anythig when I look at them.
So what would you creative people do with this?
make blocks? Just add rows of fabric?
Colors?
Figure with your help I can make atleast one of these into a quilt.

it's easy, get some iron-on adhesive, (heat-n-bond) and iron it on the back of the fabric, then cut out your design with a small edge away from the actual design. This edge is what you will sew with out sewing inside the design. The head bond has a paper backing that you peel off, then place on the block you have designated for that design, iron it into place. Take some tear away interfacing and place it on the back of the block. Set you machine to a tight zig-zag and sew around your design, catching the edge of the fabric, so that it is covered with the zig-zag. I would say that it will be easier to do a block at a time, before sewing into a quilt.

Are there more panels ? Can do similar to what's below, add strips till you get it to the size you want. wine on top and bottom, narrow on the sides till it's the size you want. can use as a center to a large log cabin, single block quilt. QAYG if you want by attaching it directly to back and batting. Good Luck some small one will snuggle till warn out!! :)
