    Norah McMeeking has a book of Italian mosaic quilts out called Bella Bella quilts...has anyone had any experience making these quilts...I have cut out material for the carnival quilt and would greatlyappreciate any advise on its construction..have been following the directions ..but would love some advise from someone who has had experience with making one...thank you, Yetta

    I have the book and the foundation papers but haven't attempted one yet.

    my problem seems to be with the diagonal seams linning up correctly..I made a practice wedge and the diagonal seams were just a thread or two off......any advise on matching diag. seams ..

    Is it where the points are to match on wedges? I've been doing tne Venice Rose, and when joining wedges, I first put a pin straight through to match points, then pin to keep in place, removing the first pin, then sew. Working great.

    I got a copy for $18.00 which included shipping thru Amazon. It was slightly used but it looks brand new.
