Default Ben Franklin Crafts?

Has anyone been to the Ben Franklin Craft store in Oconomowoc, WI ? If so, how are their prices for fabrics?

Since it is a chain I am guessing the prices are pretty standard between stores The one here that I do go to in WA has prices and quality pretty constant to our local LSQ. But they do get some good prices in their flat folds and have sales.

I have been there a number of times. They have good selection of LQS fabric at LQS prices. Just think of it as an LQS within the craft store...(Note - they do not have any "flat folds" at this store).

Loved Ben Franklin. I have some fabric scraps from a quilt for my DH from years ago. It was treat to go see what they had - never knew what you might find.

I don't think any of them are open around here. The one close to me closed years ago.

I don't know about the Ben Franklin in WI but I stopped at one in Macon, Missouri last week and they had fantastic prices. Their quilt shop quality regular prices were $1-$2 less per yard than my local quilt store. They had a huge flat fold and clearance section with mostly $5 per yard fabrics but some were $3 per yard.

Oh I loved the Ben Franklin Craft Stores. Sadly the one in my home town closed many years ago. Thought they had all gone out of business.

The Ben Franklins that are still open do not carry the same things. The one in Winterset Iowa, next door to the quilt museum is awesome! Just like a LQS because it is. Major brands.
