This sounds like something may be wrong within the computerized part of the machine and I think probably the best thing to do is to take it to an authorized Bernina dealer to see if they have someone who could take a look at it for you.

Perhaps someone else here on the board would have an answer as to how to take care of the problem on your own.

Surely hope it get it to working again, as they sure are a great machine.

Thank you for replying me.But there isn't authorized Bernina dealer in my city.I bought it on line . I will be so frustrated if the computerized part is broken.

Your welcome. Just a thought, did you try pushing the clear button to clear all the red lights, but even so, it should all clear out when you turn the machine on.
