The Bernina dealer in OKC offers mastery classes for new owners. You can take the classes as many times as you need...very helpful! I was able to START to get to know my 750QE on my own, but taking the classes made a world of difference!

I bought mine at a shop that gave a series of "hands on" lessons and are always available when I have issues. I am blessed that they keep one set up as a demo, so when I'm ready for something new, I go have them walk me through it. I would have loved to go to Chicago and done the week retreat for new owners.

Here is a site to go to....scroll down and look on the left hand side. There are mastery classes for the 830...WONDERFUL. I downloaded them and saved them. use them for reference. They will give you confidence. I LOVE my 830. There is definitely a learning curve, but well worth it.
