I see that people are able to know how many hours of use for their Bernina sewing machine. How do you find that info?

It's in your manual how to access that feature, if you're able.

Checking stitches/hours on Bernina 430/440/450: Did this on my 440 and it worked, am quoting the below from a thread on PatternReview.com, TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK

This was posted by a former Benrina tech, in a Yahoo group:

Press and hold the three buttons under the screen and switch on your
machine. It will come on in the Service Program and say SP in the
    lower right corner.

Press the #4 button once (SP turns to 41) and than the center
button under your screen and you will get total stitches (The number
    will wrap on two lines)

Press the button under the right corner of your screen to get back
    to SP

Press the #4 button twice (SP turns to 42) and than the center
button under your screen and you will get total sewing stitches (The
number will wrap on two lines)

Press the button under the right corner of your screen to get back
    to SP

Press the "#4" button three times (SP turns to 43) and than the
center button under your screen and you will get total embroidery
stitches (The number will wrap on two lines)

Press the button under the right corner of your screen to get back
    to SP

Press the #4 button four times (SP turns to 44) and than the center
button under your screen and you will get total BSR stitches (The
number will wrap on two lines)

Just turn off the machine to get out. Again don't explore around in
the Service Program because you will mess something up and it will
cost you tech time to fix it.
