Default Best way to find fabric?

Ds is now super into space/solar system and I love the Elizabeth Studios In Space #1297 - I checked Quiltshops.com and found a few shops that carry it - at a good price. But I'd like to keep searching to see if I can find a better deal. I tried googling, but I don't ever seem to come up with much that way. Are there any other quiltshop type sites? Or any other shops you know of that I might try?

You've come through for me amazingly before, so I thought I'd try you on this one!

try findmyfabric.com - you tell them what you want and they tell you who has it. Or fabricfinders.com - one wants a picture and one doesn't.

There is also thefind.com which I recently came across. You have to find the right category and then they search everywhere for that one. One drawback is that they still have listed items that are sold already. But they will have pages and pages to look through.

Natural, I think I saw some of this fabric at one of my local haunts..... It is a Variety store and they have the very BEST prices on fabrics..... It was either 6.99 or 7.99 a yard. Do you want me to check it out for you? If you have text on your phone, PM me your number and I can take a pic and send it to you the next time I am up there.

If you know the pattern number of the fabric you're looking for, just put the manufacturer's name, the pattern number, and the word fabric into the search box at your favorite search engine (google, yahoo, bing... )

You can often go straight to a fabric that way.

You can also do an image search the same way, at any search engine.

The fabric is still available wholesale, so you should be able to find it retail.
