Is there a website where I can post a picture of a fabric and find the name/manufacturer? The shop where I purchased the fabric is no longer in business and I don't have a selvage edge.

If it is indeed a batik then it didn't have a selvage edge to begin with, which may be why you can't find one. It is a very pretty piece of fabric. The beauty about batiks is that you can easily mix them if you can't find more of this one.

Dunster is correct. Batiks don't even have a traditional salvage edge like normal cotton fabrics.Originally Posted by dunster
