    OH NO!!!!!!!! Not only did he feel bad but I'm sure you were SO disappointed, as well. Sorry for your disappointment. Unbelievable!!!!!

    That just stinks! Like the others said, hope the guy was ok...since machines can be replaced (well, sorta...lol) and people can't...

    So, was it just the case that got damaged or the whole machine? Did he try to see if it was OK? Bummer!
