Check the Links and Resources board. There is a link to Moda Bakeshop tutorial on binding. Part way down it shows how I end binding

hi obd - if you go to youtube and use 'quilt binding ends' as your search terms you will get a lot of videos - and a number of different methods. my personal favorite is alicia's attic with marci baker. her method is well presented and works for me, though it took a bit of practice to do it easily. there are many ways to bind and finish the binding - you will certainly find a method or 2 that work for you

Do you have a binding tool? they are wonderful and the Missouri Star Quilt Company has a great tutorial on it.

Fons and porter has a book with great binding techniques. I just got back from a quilt show and I bought 3 rulers for making bindings - one to cut and one to finish. Can't wait to try out!

I recently bookmarked this tutorial. Someone else posted it on QB a few days ago.

My "go to" is Sharon Schambers YouTube video. Search for "Binding the Angel". It is in 3 parts. You want Part 2 and it starts right around minute 5. I tore out a considerable amount of hair before I found this video.

Learning to put on the binding correctly is a learning process just like piecing correctly.
