I am so embarrassed but being sssssooooo dense. I bought the Binding Thingie probably 3 years ago and just didn't understand how to use it even though I had read and reread the enclosed literature. Today while browsing the "how to videos" I found the one about this tool. WOW!! How easy, how great the corners look and how stupid I have been for not figuring it before now. DUH!! Believe me I will be using this tool from now on and in all modesty I must say my mitered corners looked pretty good before BUT perfect now. JOY!

I did the same. Had one for awhile, but could not get it figured out. One day the light must have been brighter then others, and I got it and it works GREAT.

This is the youtube for the binding tool I use.
It is used when you are putting the ends of the binding together. I always had a problem and this tool is wonderful for me.

Sorry all, to me this is a lot of work! I just do it El's way:

http://vimeo.com/10182695 Binding starts at about 21 minute for the corners. Much easier and doesn't require a ruler.

I was given a binding tool as a gift but never used it. Guess I should pull it out and try it :)
