If you skip the border - which I think the top does not need, unless you want the quilt to be bigger -
for binding, my first choice would be one of the darker teals prints- because it would not show "handling" as quickly as a brighter/lighter solid color.
For brightness, the bright orange is appealing to me.

love the quilt! I think the quilt top is too scrappy to balance with a solid border, it may draw your eye to the border as opposed to the lovely pattern. have you considered a scrappy border or some sort? maybe piano keys or something else?
