    Smile blade sharpener

Has anyone used a product called Linear Sharpener? I am thinking about buying one, but would like some input from the Board before I buy it. Looks good, but is it good? Thanks for your attention

I don't have that one. I have the simple put the blade in and turn it around, turn over and do the other side. Then there is a finer sandpaper ring, repeat with that one. I haven't done it for a while, I just change blades.

I ordered a TrueSharp Rotary Blade sharpener from Wal*mart on line. The total cost was the least expensive I found. I'm picking it up this afternoon so I can't really tell you if it is money well spent or not, but the reviews were good.

I'm not sure what a linear sharpener is but I bought a sharpener a few years back that I've used. It's okay but doesn't sharpen the blade as well as a new blade.... so I don't really use it much. I just go buy a new blade. I know, it's expensive but.... nothing is as good as a new blade.

I am anxious to hear how the True Sharp works as I also have been considering purchasing one.

I bought the True Sharp and really like it. I've used it a couple of times and it made my blade sharper than what it was. I'm sold on it.
