Boarders cut

I make all my borders straight, too - and have started making them from fabric lengths rather than from widths because it makes them so much more stable. I usually have leftover strips, but use them and cuffs for pillowcases and runners and such....

It's cracking me up how this thread is getting so off the original post. Some are saying how they cut their borders, some are saying how they piece their borders (which is what the question was), and now someone is saying how they cut their binding. lol.
