    Default Bobbins for Babylock Quest

I have a Babylock Quest that I normally love, but I seem to have trouble getting bobbins that fit in the bobbin case and fit the spool holder for the bobbin winder. Is my experience unique? Do other Quest owners have this trouble? Can anyone shed light on this for me? Thanks!

The Babylock website has a list of local Babylock dealers. Give one a call.

My troubles have been at my Babylock dealer!!!! I bought a dozen that did not fit in the bobbin case. When I returned them, the sales woman said, "hmmmm....let's try these..." I took my bobbin case and a bobbin from home on this trip to return the recently purchased bobbins so I could check there. When she pulled out another box, we tried them in my case and they fit. Yay! I took the new ones home. I was a little annoyed that if there is more than one kind, maybe she should have said something the first time, but oh well I thought, all good now.
So tonight I go to fill the bobbin and realize that 6 out of the 12 do not fit on the bobbin winder. Now I think, "is it just my machine? what is going on?"
That is why I asked if others have had similar troubles. Is it my machine? Is it my dealer? Is it just an inherent problem with Babylock? Is it a problem with the bobbin supplier?

I don't have problems with my babylock or dealer, but I don't have the quest, my machine is made by brother so it is easy to find bobbins, whereas I think the quest is made by pfaff if I am correct
