Bonnie Hunter's Mystery Quilt

Bonnie Hunter's Mystery Quilt
It's almost time. Bonnie will be posting the Introduction and color/fabric information on her blog any day now for this year's mystery quilt. There were some questions as to whether or not we could have a thread here on the Board because of her copyright issues with other sites. I contacted Bonnie directly and she has graciously given permission for us to have our own mystery quilt thread here. As soon as her first post is released, I will get the new thread up and running and include a link to it here on this thread.

Checking her blog compulsively, does that make me a mystery quilt stalker? LOL

Her quilts have intrigued me, but are not my usual style. However I followed a little of the last mystery quilt and think it might be fun to participate in a mystery quilt process. Will look forward to hearing more about it!

I wasn't sure about mysteries and followed along on one before I decided to join the fun. I've done her last two and will probably do this one as well. I've found myself tackling things I never would have tried on my own and enjoying the results. It's also fun to see what others are doing.

Remember also that you don't have to commit to a queen-size quilt. You can always make half the blocks for a lap quilt. That way you can still join in the fun!

I'm looking forward to this! I enjoy her mysteries, and scrappy patterns. I had a chance to see her in person and peek at some her quilts up close. What fun!
