To me, all of your border options detract from the beauty of the main part of the top. You haven't mentioned how you intend to quilt the top, but here's what would appeal to me. I would add the narrow gold border of option #5. then I would add a single wide border of rust or green. Then I would quilt that wide border with the design that's shown in your border design of option #5. That would then carry on the design of the main part without detracting from it.
I guess I'm in the "sometimes simpler is better camp".
Whatever you decide, it's going to be a beautiful quilt.

I like the 2nd one with the burnt orange on the outside. To me the Burnt orange is sort of an accent color in the interior of the quilt, and using it on the outside closes out the edge of the quilt very nicely.

Exactly what I had done...and I agree this option draws my eye to the quilt and then follows into the center. Lovely eye candy!
