I wouldn't add another border since the black one that you have frames the colorful center quite nicely. I would add a multi-colored binding though. Love your quilt!

Very pretty! If you want to add a border, a wide border in one of the batik colours would be nice. I think a pieced border would take away from the lovely piecing in the top.

I'm a "border person", so for a suggestions maybe add a smaller strip of color around the quilt, which ever color you want to bring out the most and then add a larger border of the black again. If you machine quilt you can use a varigated thread on the larger black border to add color to it. Love the vibrant colors you used in this quilt. Possibly use black or dark grey thread, or even a varigated thread to quilt the body of the quilt.

Like Snooze, I am a border person. I would consider something like this, but with black instead of white:
