    Borders on....and binding t00!!

I just finished putting the binding on, and I really like the results. Normally I match the binding to the last border, but I think this ended up looking really nice.

Thanks to all of you who helped me with the border decisions. I no longer think there is too much white in this quilt.

Ooooh, I like the blue and blue flowers. Looks like your quilt inspector approves. Pretty kitty.

I agree, it's not too much white and I think the solid color binding is perfect. Great job!

The darker border gives a nice fram to the quilt especially on the print border. Sometime using the same fabric in the binding as the last border makes the edge fall into space.....and not give closure to the entire piece.

Beautiful, love the colors. Your binding really sets of the whole quilt.

Thank you. I find myself not liking a quilt when it is finished, but this one I like. The white is white on white, though you can't tell. Wait...another picture will show that, I think.

Quilt inspectors only pose like that when they approve. It's a beautiful quilt.

Beautiful. Sometimes I match the binding to the last border and other times I use a color out of the quilt. I like it either way. You did a wnoderful job.

You did exactly as I would have done and put the dark on as the binding. Helps tie it all together-gives it 'strength' as they say.

    Great quilt!
