    I am in the process of making a Cathedral Window quilt. I see that some people add a border to it. How is this done? The quilt itself is already finished on the back, so I'm not seeing how borders are added. Thanks very much.

    I've never seen a border; the only way I've seen it is to either be a straight edge or leave the outside triangle unfolded so it has the prairy point effect.

    I've never seen one with borders but have seen one with binding.

    I like both of those edgings: the 'prairie points' and the binding; good ideas there. Thanks so much. I may just go the route of one of those instead.
