I spent the weekend dog sitting for a friend. She had the most beautiful bargello table runner on her dining room table. I would like to make one, but I cannot find it. I am sure that I saw one here, but can't remember where. I looked curvy like a snake, can anyone point me in the right direction to get a pattern? Help!!! Barbara77

Spicy Spiral Tablerunner is probably what you are talking about. Put it in search and you will find many examples.
Here is one of mine:

I found these and they don't need the special ruler.

This is free:

Default bargello table runner you at friend's when dog sitting

Hello. You are probably thinking of the SPICY SPIRAL TABLE RUNNER. If you type that in google, it should bring up a picture. I hope this is the one you want. I made 3 of these. They are a lot of fun. The instructions seem a tiny bit difficult to understand, but it is a nice table runner. I think it looks more like an elongated capital S.

Hope this helps!

I HOPE that you have at least had one experience with a Bargello because having done the Twist & Turn Bargello, I was delighted that at least I had the basics down pat. Just a suggestions. They can be quite tricky. Good Luck !!
