Default Brilliant, why didn't we think of this?

I was looking on Amazon for new lint roller refills and saw one like this.
Rolling quilts with a straight handle roller has always been uncomfortable to me.

This is a 4" paint roller, perfect right size.
I'm going to pick up some more refills and try it with my 8" paint roller, should work great as long as both rolls go on at the same time.

KalamaQuilts, I never thought about using a roller on my quilts. I just stand there and pick at it until I'm satisfied that I have found every booboo I made, lol. Thanks for the tip, I'm going to try it. I think my quilting may even improve, lol.

First experience I had with a lint roller: When it got full of lint, I tossed it ! I didn’t know I could peel it off to a new surface. Duh !

OMG!!!! You just saved yourself a bunch of time by using a lint roller. You can buy these at the dollar store.. I cannot believe that you hand-picked threads...goodness.....when I run out of lint sticky paper, I just wrap scotch tape around my hand until I can get to the store.

Kalama.....great tip on the paint roller......

And if you get a extension for your paint roller, the kind made to paint ceilings, you can easily pick up thread from the floor. It is a good thing to do before you vacuum. Then you don't have to spend so much time cleaning the brush.
