My quilting instructor made Judy Martin's Monet's Wedding Ring. I got her scraps and now I'm making quilt from them. I'd like to name it something as a take off on the wedding ring theme. Since it's just scraps I considered calling it Divorce Court but that's rather negative and it's turning out to be rather nice.
I've also kicked around The Wedding Didn't Go As Planned, Broken Promises, etc. I don't have a picture yet because it isn't done, I'm only about half way through piecing it.

I'm not very good at this but, maybe:
Postponed Wedding
Broken Nuptials
Salvage Our Marriage
To Much Celebrating
Leftover Matrimony

Just a few thought that popped into my head. Good luck and let me know what you named it, with a picture. :-P

Oh no, I like them all. Now how am I ever going to choose?
I guess I'll have to print them all out, get the quilt done and then let it tell me what it's name is.

This isn't an easy quilt to make. Our instructor came in with a bag of her scraps at our last Strips and Scraps meeting. She let us grab out what we wanted. Loudmouth Me issued a challenge to all the other ladies. "Let's all see what we can make from our scraps before our next meeting."
Later Mary told me that I'd gotten the scraps from her Monet's Wedding Ring quilt that was hanging on the wall. Now I've got until the 5th or 6th to have this at least pieced!

i like salvage our marriage. but think that salvaged marriage might be better. if you post what you have done now we might be able to help get a better or closer name for the quilt you are making. while these are wonderful they might not work well with the fabric scraps from the wedding ring quilt. just a thought.
