7 FQs and 1 yard of coordinating fabric?? Anything? I'm looking for lap blanket ideas I guess. I love the fabrics but I'm stumped on how to make them into a cute lap blanket. I'm always very unsure about having enough fabric once I start cutting. Any ideas??

D9P i just did one out of 7 fq, had no yardage. always comes out nice.

google fat quarter quilts and see what turns up.
There are also lots of books on FQ quilts; maybe your library has some.

Just read Julie's suggestion - Turning Twenty. I agree and the author has two additional devoted to FQ quilts. They do use 20 FQs, so you may have to get some more.
