celtic knots

Does anyone have a site for clear concise instructions for doing Celtic Knots. I'm doing a bom that has a heart shaed celtic knot design I'm trying to do with 1/4" biase tape.

I just Googled "making Celtic knots with bias tape" and got lots of hits, some including videos. Hope this helps
