Somewhere, maybe a facebook post, I saw a Dresden plate made from chevron or zig zag fabric. The fabric looked like the Riley Blake Chevron.
For the life of me, I can't find the picture. If I remember right, it looked more like a flower with spaces in it. I've googled, and searched and I can't find it.
Does anyone remember seeing it and where?

I think I remember seeing one like that in a recent magazine. There is one in the June/13 American Patchwork and Quilting that has some chevron dresdens, but that's not the one I remember. I think I saw it in Love of Quilting. I know it can drive you crazy when you can't find the one you want. Good luck.

I found it!
It must have been an ad somewhere for a Missouri Star/ Jenny Doan Tutorial. It's the Easiest Christmas Tabletopper/mini tree skirt you'll ever make. They alternate the chevron pieces with white. I think it's beautiful.
Riley Blake chevron is in our NFL colors and our High School Colors. I can see Christmas gifts in my future!
thanks for the help!

I made a Dresden plate with stripes but cut off the tops. It's my avatar. I'm planning on making a whole quilt out of this fabric. I bought five yards. I love it.
