    Pretty fabrics. If you like them use them. I'm not sure I like the red check fabric. Maybe add a green fabric if you need it. The red check might make a good binding.

    I don't care for them together BUT you may see something I don't AND if you like them, that IS all that matters!!

    The colors of all the fabrics are good together. I think the problem is the middle two have the same size/scale designs, so they don't play well together. If you eliminate one of the center two fabrics you should be good to go. If you need four different fabrics for your pattern, substitute another tone on tone fabric in one of the colors represented in the top large scale fabric, maybe a t.o.t. red or a t.o.t. dark green.

    I did find in my stash a deep red with fine line snowflakes, it plays very well!!
    I will keep playing with the medley of fabrics. Part of me admittedly is tempted to go for it and see how it all plays out with the Original 4. Go with the challenge...!!

    I think the red/white checks pick up the red/white stars/snowflakes in the ornament print fantastically. Follow your instincts, Jo Anne!
