    Give it away for a White Elephant gift. You could make a Mail box cover and the Santas could be seen from both sides.

    You could make little puffy ornaments. Maybe string them together ?

    Yep, door stop. Perhaps and little blush on the white cheeks with Intense pencil or fabric crayon....would make him look a little more alive.

    Draft Dodger would be my choice.

    Santas look old fashioned to me. His neck is covered by coat and beard.

    I agree. I would never buy that and if I had it for some reason, I might use it as foundation fabric. LOL
