I have to agree. My Bernina, Viking and Janome all love it and so do I. I don't find any more linty than any other good thread.

MJ....thanks so much for your great investigating work. I've posted once already that I love & use their thread, but did not know about the Pro...now I know & since I don't have a long arm I'll keep buying the Essential. I have bought other thread from Quilting Shops (which cost much more), & have had so much lint coming off the thread that I have to constantly stop & clean my machine.

My Viking Designer SE & Janome both love it, & since they love it I do also!

I thought they just had the one thread. I didn't know about the Pro. I'll have to check it out, I like less lint. Coats and clarks are really bad.

Im not particularly fond of their thread either. Glad to know im not alone on this issue. But the fabric is wonderful. And service cannot be beat. I ordered on Sept. 26 and my order came on Sept 30. Today.

I ordered several pieces of fabric as well as a kit. The fabric that came with kit was more than generous to do the project. Yup, Ill order again. ;) Loved the feel and the colors.

I like the Essentials cotton threads, I've been using it for years.
I just recently bought several of the large cones of the cotton.

I really like the Essential 100% Eqyptian Cotton Satin Finish Thread from CT. I never noticed that much lint and I clean the bobbin area out every time I change the bobbin. Also dust down the needle bar area at the same time. I am absolutely hooked on this thread for quilting!
