Hi all, I know there are so many creative minds here, I'm hoping to dig a little! I got the Bali Pop set a while ago, then noticed it went almost *perfectly* with this little FQ I've had stowed. There's not much of the cat fabric, and as you see the pattern doesn't lend itself easily to cutting, darn.

Any creative thoughts on how to use them together, and which pattern to try? I'm trying to figure out whether to use the electric blue as a filler or if I should use black against the brights...I know I'll need some more of some color.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts!

Good luck with that! I am doing the same thing this week with a quilt challenge. Only mine has snowmen on it! I have no ideas!

Woo! I'm not usually one for cat-type fabric, but this one is awesome! :D

Can't wait to see what you do with it!

Love the colors and fabrics. Maybe the cats as the center, thin border with one of the colors or black next blocks made with the other fabrics, ie. pinwheels. then add borders and binding. Just a thought:)

I think I would use the cat fabric like a panel and design around it.

What about a log cabin, and using the cat fabric fussy cut it for the center square. That would look nice

How about Warm Wishes -- you have the ability to have a center that is big enough to enjoy the cats.

I was thinking the same thing, especially since you don't have much of your cat fabric.

I agree with the idea of a center panel. The colors on the right would make great borders.
