You can sell anything constructed with licensed fabric. What you cannot do is sell it as a genuine article. So you can't sell it as a Disney whatever, but you can sell it as a 'quilt constructed with character fabrics'.
You need to understand the first sale doctrine and copyright law. Disney has only succeed in suing where their trademarks have been infringed - i.e. a listing for Cinderella princess dress, Peter Pan quilt, etc.

Heather does not give sources...the Tabberone article at least quotes court cases. Most judges look at precedent. Again, all the more reason to make your own quilts! It's not hard.
