Corduroy scraps and yardage-what to do with it?
Hi all. I love all the help you dish out here on the Quilting Board. I have learned tons from you all. As I was cleaning out yet another box of fabric I found lots of corduroy scraps and yardage. Anyone have any good ideas of what to do with it? It's too heavy for quilts I guess........ so (sew) what to do with it? I don't have any little kids in the family, so kid things are out. Help! Thanks in advance for your ideas.

Tote bags comes to mind or draft stoppers? Remember those sewn draft stoppers that people used to lay down at an outside door to stop the cold air from coming in? I've seen them shaped like weiner dogs. You could sew some tubes and fill them with kitty litter to keep winter boots fresh and dry. Oh I just noticed you're from California, do you wear winter boots?
