I am having trouble with my corners. How do I make them look really neat and professional?

Perhaps give some more info ..... it's hard to help with solutions, when we are not really sure where your problems lie.

Including some photos of your problem corners, can be a big help towards getting helpful hints.

you don't mention what corners you are talking about??? bindings? borders? mitered? square? each type, has its own method for making look correct/professional. maybe if you show us a picture of a 'problem corner' we could tell you what is going wrong & how to fix it- but just mentioning corners in general it's hard to know what the problem is.

I'm going to assume the OP is asking about binding. Lots of good tips in the previous posts. As with patchwork, careful cutting of the strips, sewing with a consistent seam allowance and careful pressing all will help. Also, do a dry run with your binding strip to make sure that a join in your binding doesn't end up on a corner. You may have to add/remove some from the strip to make this happen.
