I'd like the full yardages required & to see if there are strip piecing instructions.

It is basically just a scrap quilt made with a four patch and a snowball block joined together. The four patch looks like it could be 2 1/2 " squares while the snow ball is 8 1/2 " x 2 1/2 " white block with the stones added to the corners using a diagonal seam. Then they are altered to make the pattern. a strip of scrap 2 1/2" blocks sashing to make the design. Make sense? Look close at it. I can't see a repeat to indicate strip piecing.
After reading the sizes she suggests, I am thinking she made the half snowball squares and then added a plain white block to make up the shortness inside block. But, I can't understand why you need an extra step in there.

I would just draw it out on graph paper. She shows the 3 blocks, each of which is pretty easy to figure out. (1) The four-patch is straight-forward. (2) You could make strip sets of 3 and 4 to make the framed square block, but then it won't be as scrappy as hers. (3) The snowball block can be made from a rectangle with four smaller squares sewn on the corners. She gives the dimensions for the square and rectangle shapes, so I would think it would be pretty easy to draft on graph paper. It's a little more work to figure out yardages, but really not that difficult to work out.
