Both of these stockings are gorgeous - takes a lot of work I know - did crossstitch for years myself. These will be treasures for decades to come - great job!

grandma that was one total labor of love, I used to do cross stitch!! What an heirloom you have created, thanks for sharing.

These stockings are beautiful. I have done some cross stitch but nothing this involved. I don't think I could see the holes and where to put the needle. Keep up the good work.

Beautiful work! I cross stitch when I'm not quilting so I know the work you both have put into these....what treasures they are!

Exquisite. I used to do counted crossstitch before I found quilting. I have a picture of a little girl picking up shells at the beach. I have it 90% done and just can't make myself finish it. I loved it because the little girl reminded me of my granddaughter when she was about 3. I'd really like to finish it.
