There is nothing better than taking a class at your LQS if you have one. That way you get one on one instruction. I was lucky to have taken a class given by Harriet Hargrave. Even tho I was the only NOT beginner quilter, I learn a whole lot more than I expected to from her.

Thank you to all of you who gave suggestions. With so many good recommendations, I ought to make progress. I know it takes practice, but I very much want to quilt my quilts.

My favorite class is the ones by Christina Cameli and Cindy Needham (Design it, Quilt it) on Craftsy. I also like Leah Day. You really can't go wrong with craftsy for the price and the fact that you can watch the classes over and over...
