It looks kinda like a couple machines I have made by National Sewing Co. The finish looks like the Godzilla or aka Crinkle finish. These are pretty heavy machines but I love the looks of them. I paid $10.00 for one and $20.00 for the other. I wouldn't pay more then $50.00 for it, but then again I'm cheap. These machines are not hard to come by that's why I say I wouldn't pay more then $50.00. If they wouldn't sell for that, I just move on. There will be another one.

I can't tell what it is, but if you are interested in it for FMQ, it seems to have a wide throat space. The cabinet is prettier than most, too. It may be solid hardwood. Just try finding a nice side table for that price - never mind that it has a working machine in it. If you like the way it looks, why not?

Pretty cabinet, the machine isn't a 15...the tensioner is on the front of the machine instead of the faceplate. It IS a Singer...but if the photos are acurate, the finish is in rough shape.
I probably wouldn't pay that price, but it's really a personal decision...the cabinet doesn't look like a common one..

I think it may be a model 66.
If you are having to drive from Jackson, I'd ask for additional pictures and the serial number before making the drive.
As for the $100 asking price?
That is more than I'd pay.
But... if I had my heart set on THAT model and it was in GREAT condition, I'd make a counter offer for sure.
