Yesterday my MIL and I went to a $3.88-$5.88 a yard fabric sale at one of our LQS...well, actually it wasn't at the shop, it was a few doors down in a space rented for the occasion. I knew we were getting into something when we got there 30 minutes early and there was already a line out the door! Anyway, after battling for fabric and standing in the cutting line for two hours, we finally emerged with a combined total of 31 yards of fabric goodies, happy but exhausted!

Good for your Brenea! Don't think we'll ever have such crazy sales here. There are only a couple of quilting stores here in Singapore and their fabrics are super expensive as they are mostly imported from US or Japan. I usually watch out for sales in ebay or quilting stores in US and had them shipped over.

Good job, went to Joanne's with a 60% off coupon and it was a bust. Glad to hear someone is getting lucky.

So, you're saying we should do like Rocky and work out and train before we go shopping. Only we would work on our elbow jabs and hip maneuvers? LOL
